RAKKAN RAMEN

Simple but impressive flavor. My server Sophia was excellent, she didn’t bombard me every 5 min to see if I was “enjoying my food” but brought me everything in a timely manner. I had the amber ramen with a side of miso chili paste that added a nice kick. The fried pork gyoza and the brussel sprout salad were amazing. Definitely coming back. To the ramen lovers out there, I highly recommend.

Sophia was such a great waitress! Very attentive with our drinks and food, made sure we were okay! Food was great too, I ate the Spicy Garnet and it was perfect. Would come again.

I came around 9PM and when we walked in we were immediately sat down and our waitress, Sophia was really kind and understanding about everything I enjoyed her service! I had the spicy garnet ramen and I liked how the broth tasted, the takoyaki was REALLY good but if you don’t like fish/sushi I wouldn’t recommend it. I also really liked the music they were playing. (Beabadoobee, jungkook, ichiko aoba etc.) Overall the experience was great and I would come again.

Best Asian food I have tasted in the past few years! The broth is plant based yet so flavourful and creamy, ramen 10/10 too. Enjoyed the vegan bowls and delicious appetizers

We’ve visited twice and Jason (the manager) has always ensured we had amazing service! I really appreciated his attentiveness and his team. Both visits weren’t during crazy busy times so that’s probably why we were able to chat and visit a little more.

We’ve tried the Garnet and the Quartz. I preferred the creamier broth the Quartz has. Their gyozas are probably my favorite out of anywhere we’ve gone - super flavorful and perfect crunch! The pork bao is sauced up so you won’t be wondering where the flavor is. They also had a new shrimp tempura dish we tasted - good crunch, but I think a little less sweet sauce on top will make it perfect (or having the sauce on the side).

I really like that they offer substitutions and make it easy for everyone unlike other ramen spots also. Thank you for our great experiences and we hope to visit again soon!
