my family and i stopped by this starbucks on 2/10/2024 through the drive thru, and was greeted by this professional voice at the time we didn’t know her name but she was so pleasant and patient with us as i had a shouting 2 year old in the back seat. after we placed our order and came to the window we learned that the young woman name was “jay”. jay was very polite and professional and when i say this is the first time i ever received such great excellent service from starbucks! jay was so nice and caring towards my two boys and i told her i just had to write a survey or review, and brag on her. thank you jay so much, you have a bright future ahead for you, stay bless
