12/17 visit- The space and coffee is great! Although, I do have a couple of neighbors that love the place but isn’t their first option in the neighborhood because it’s warm inside. Turn on the AC, please. Other than that the service is great.
(Update) no complaints about the AC after visiting several times since my first visit! Love this spot.
Nice place in a quiet area. Simple design but with a good vibe. Their coffee selection and frappe is top notch. Don't miss it if you're in the area. Good job guys ?
Great new spot. Very friendly service, tons of seating and fresh made food! He also mentioned they will be opening a full kitchen to have late night bites and wine. Excited to come back!
Just moved to the area and have been on a self-guided tour of the Heights coffee shops and Roast & Brew rose to the top! The shop itself is very spacious with a super chill vibe and the staff was very friendly. I got a half sweet honey latte and the coffee was robust and delicious. I also got a breakfast sandwich croissant that was made fresh and was very good and filling. Came with a side salad as well, and pricing was reasonable. Will definitely be returning :)
I rarely ever give out 5s however Roast & Brew deserves it on their commitment to customer service. During my first visit, I ordered a drip coffee and plain croissant, which was too dense in my opinion but coffee was great and just right temperature for coffee, again in my opinion. The owner or manager noticed I didn’t eat much of it and asked why I didn’t finish the croissant. I gave him my opinion and he said thank you and offered me anything to replace the croissant and another coffee no charge. They are listening to customers, forming improvements from lessons learned. This is how you win customer confidence and build repeat clients...again IMO!
