Called to place my order without any issues, and it was ready within 10 minutes!
The food itself was amazingggg!
I ordered their general tsos dinner special which came with soup, an egg roll, and a crab puff- both were great!
Will definitely be ordering from here again :) -

(November 16, 2020, 2:43 am)TLDR: the recent 1 Star reviews are being biased about dumb things that don’t call for such a low score that negatively hurts a business. Food is good and fair priced. Will be returning.
New to the area and LOVE Chinese food, but have been struggling to find a new staple place. Ordered here off a whim since I had a discount from UberEats. The food was amazing and much better priced than other places nearby. I was SOO pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I did ask for extra sauce and they skimped me on that, but I won’t hold it against them because that’s how much I enjoyed my meal.
Lots of reviews here are complaining about small insignificant things and giving a 1 star review, which isn’t fair. It tasted fresh, which is tough for delivery. The food was tasty, and the prices were fair. Will be coming back again and again! -

(August 27, 2020, 5:35 pm)I am new to Houston and walked into Sam’s cafe. I ordered Hunan Shrimp, Shrimp fried rice and chicken with broccoli. The food tastes yummy good and the excellent thing is the front desk gentleman!! He seems to be Indian nationality, very generous and explained my all questions with patience. The restaurant was super busy at the night but the guy handled every customer with super care!! I will order from Sam’s cafe as long as I stay in Houston. God bless them for open late night even in hurricane season.
