This is unquestionably the best, most genuine, Mediterranean food in the Bay Area. Don’t let the outside appearance deter you from stopping by. The food is to die for. The server was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the menu. He is there on Tuesdays and Thursdays! As for the food.. The hummus is very fresh and flavorful. The grilled chicken plate comes with two chicken breasts and I opted to get double veggies instead of rice. We also got the Ciku Stir Fry with mixed meats. The flavor was incredible and it was the most authentic Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!!
Absolutely loved the food, prices, and service. Both the server and the owner were incredibly nice and answered all of our questions about the menu. We learned about the way they prepare the lamb and it was absolutely delicious. The lemon mint smoothie thing is ridiculously good. The decor is simple and maybe not quite representative of the cuisine, but it’s homey and comfortable. Honestly, my favorite place.
By far the best Mediterranean food around. The owner is so humble and kind. The service was fantastic. We will definitely be back. The stuffed grape leaves are the best I've ever had.
I've been here twice and both times were amazing. The staff is amazingly friendly. The prices are fair and the food is always awesome. Me and my gf love this place and will visit as often as possible. I live in Houston and made the trip just to eat here again
This place is as humble as its owner. The food is just delicious. The owner is always coming out to check and make sure everyone is happy. You can spend your money at fancy or chain restaurant or invest it into local small businesses like this one. Keep the money locally. I love their hummus, tabbuli, the kabob.
