I arrived Sunday at 8:55 and all the doors were locked. Very confusing since they close at 10pm … I tried all 3 doors all of them were locked. I’m not sure why employees are locking doors over and hour before they close . Food is delicious but definitely pricey for a smaller burger
When my family and I need to make time for a quick chat-time break, what we will do is meet at Shake Shack. So far, we've been satisfied with whatever we've ordered except for the hibiscus tea would be out almost every time. (And I think they've discontinued it, not sure). But on one of our visits, I took a picture of my daughter's fires simply because I wanted to share a photo of the bacon, real bacon - and not just a few little pieces of bacon. Impressive. I go for the teas and the chicken sandwich, but I think it is a good casual meet-up and eat location.
We drive past this place often enough and finally decided to give them a shot. Bright new building, super clean and very open with outdoor seating available. No cashiers which is a different approach. You walk up to a table full of touch screens and order your meal. So if you get it wrong it all your fault! (Haha joke). I noticed it was fairly priced for burgers, shakes, & fries. The food was good. Kinda like a weird cross between smash burger and 5 guys IMO. Everything was smaller in portions than I expected, although I didn't leave hungry. The shakes are on point to be fair, was really good! The member who brought the food out was friendly and courteous. Give them a try see what you think. It's the type of place you'll say "I'm in the mood for the specific taste of shake shack" I think. Thanks for serving up dinner!!
Four stars. The tea was very watered down. Tasted like water, with no tea taste. Otherwise, there's an entrance right off the freeway, so be careful entering and exiting. New restaurant. Plenty of parking. Clean. New wooden tables that were made in America; great quality woodwork. Can order at tablet kiosk or with employee assistance. Fries were hot and seasoned. Burger was juicy and piping hot with cheese. Pickles tasted more like cucumbers than Pickles, but that did not deter my visit. Chicken was a bit rubbery, but seasoned and breaded well. Table Service was quick. Visited around 8pm-ish, on a Friday night. I'd recommend visiting, but maybe around Noon.
