Smart Meals

Sharon and her team at Smart Meals are so friendly and knowledgeable. The food is delicious and I love it. I like the fact that I don't have to worry about what I'm eating as much because all the food is clean. The portions are perfect and the labels are accurate unlike other places in the past. I used to prep my own meals, but due to my crazy work schedule I couldn't keep up. I talked to my Nutritionist a while back and he highly recommended Smart Meals since I didn't have time to cook. My body fat has dropped several percent and muscle has gone up a few lbs. Thank you Sharon and the Smart Meals team.

This store has saved me so many times when I do not have time for meal prep. They have a variety of items to select from that fit my meal plan. My favs are Cherry Chocolate Protein Pancake (Breakfast/Snack); Peanut Butter, Pumpkin or Apple Protein Muffins (Mini Meal); and King Ranch Casserole (this one goes super fast, Lunch/Dinner). If you didn't know, now you know!

We have had several meals from here. I'm not a fan of "low fat" cheese but these meals fill me up as well as taste GREAT! One of the favs is the shrimp and Turkey bacon! You will NOT be disappointed and I don't have to cook every nite! Update - Had the turkey spaghetti and got filled up on half of it! Check them out!

Smart Meals is by far the best meal prep company that I have ever tried. The food is delicious, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and it is very affordable. I would definitely recommend this healthy meal prep company to anyone looking to loose weight or just looking to lead a healthier lifestyle.
