Spring Creek Barbeque

...Food is great. When I was in front of the line the gentleman that was taking orders did no acknowledge me first... went straight to my daughters....

Cafeteria style ordering where you grab a tray, get in line and choose your entree. Service was prompt and number of selections was good. Brisket and ribs were okay, not what I would expect from a Texas restaurant, but overall okay. Wife had chicken, and it was a large 1/2 chicken which was tasty and juicy. Side items were passable, nothing special, but rolls were tasty, and they offer up extras right at your table. Nice place to stop for a quick bite, or meal with the kids, but I would bet there are much higher quality BBQ joints without having to go too far.

Different location from my normal one but same great barbecue. It was a great meal with some good conversation. The freshly made rolls are delicious!

Delicious brisket. You can pick and choose which pieces you want... I like to get a mix of burnt ends and moist slabs. Great spot to take the kids and enjoy Sunday dinner. Tasty sides, endless hot yeast rolls and complimentary bluebell icecream for dessert. You can't go wrong with spring creek barbecue!
