Stuffed Belly

This was my first time here. I came on a recommendation from a co-worker. I arrived right after opening and they were busy getting ready and filling online orders. I believe I was greeted but didn’t hear it. My first impression was it’s a low-key quick counter service restaurant. It did nit feel overwhelmingly bright but also not overly inviting. I looked at the menu in advance and settled on the Korean chicken sandwich. The description sounded delicious. Overall the sandwich is a generous portion, so good value. But, I didn’t taste many of the flavors that were supposed to be featured. It was underwhelming. Pickles and a soy based sauce flavor, couldn’t taste the gochujang or the slaw. Bun was tasty though. I also tried the loaded tots, they were good but not great. The double chocolate cookie was my favorite part of the meal. Will I be back, maybe? I hear the burgers are really good but I’m just undecided at this point.

I was extremely excited to try this place out since they opened. The chicken sandwich was enormous with exceptional flavors. Spiciness was more mild than hot for me but with the extra sauce I ordered it was fine. I had to remove some of the extra batter as that part was too burnt for my liking. The loaded tots were good. Overall I would definitely try again maybe next time I’ll dine in.

Decent taste, but extremely greasy - from butter coated buns. Had to go and get another top bun as mine was too soggy from butter.
Cheese overload.
Tots are good.
Korean Bulgogi cheesesteak didn’t have the right seasoning that we were expecting. Vegetables were undercooked. Meat overcooked. Cheese was hard and wrong consistency.
ironically, we left stuffed belly hungry, and had to go somewhere else to eat.

The staff was amazing. I loved their belly melt and burger. The belly melt was my favorite. I also got the tater tots. It’s super crispy just how I like it. It was so good!! I would definitely come back a second time. Seating is limited for dine in but can always grab to go!
