The pancakes and homemade syrup was really good !!! Everything else was fine.our waiter was nice and friendly a bit of wait for Sunday brunch but that is expected. I also like the outdoor seating to be more spaced out and ventilated to take more precautions with the coronavirus situation.

Great atmosphere. Patio. Food is splendid and servers know their stuff. I recommend to Houston newcomers because it is technically two restaurants connected. Superica is Texmex and the other is called La Lucha and is known for its oysters and chicken.

This place gets very packed so I would say get there early to get on the waitlist or do it via their website. Parking is the same issue and there isn’t enough room to park as the lot is shared with another restaurant.

Recommend for the food and service!! 5 Stars!!

Drinks are great - had the Under the Volcano which was a great Tequila based drink and spicy. Recommend if you are into spicy drinks.

For food we started with the Flautas and these were great and tasted fresh. Same with the entrees. While the food is great in taste and freshness, I do think it’s slightly pricey for the quantity provided.

Great authentic Tex Mex for three reasons. First, the quality of the ingredients is top notch, unlike what you'll find in many mexican food restaurants. Two, there is particular attention paid to salsas and other sauces. They're faithful to Tex Mex traditions, but they also have their own quality take on salsas, gravies, and moles. Three, meat dishes like fajitas and shrimp are expertly cooked and prepared.

Try the combination plate if you love old school Tex Mex in particular, and DO NOT skip the queso.

We go here for brunch on Sundays a lot. For me the Mexican food is above average. Margaritas are excellent and strong. The pancake is what everyone raves about and I must say is off the charts good. Crazy that a Mexican restaurant would have one of the best pancake I ever ate in my life but I swear it is true. And I am talking just a regular pancake not some unusual take on a pancake a legit pancake. The pancake is enormous and you can order a single one which is enough for one person. On the brunch menu it only lists the two pancake order which is actually more than even two people could eat in my opinion. The bacon is also fantastic. Service is always pretty good.
