Taco Fuego (Food Truck)

Quesabirria tacos. Maybe the best tacos I’ve ever had. Crispy tortillas, juicy, cheesy, tender meat melting in your mouth with so much flavor. Each bite better than the last. Will be back for more!!

The birria tacos were mouth watering! The meat was soft the cheese melted perfectly and the consume was one of the most flavorful I’ve ever had! I definitely want to try those birria fries! Order was ready in less then 10 min! Sat afternoon traffic is no joke and there isn’t a lot of parking but it’s well worth it!

Overall the quality, service and taste was good. I give three stars because the chicken is dark meat. Of course the menu states “chicken” so you’re left to your own perception so I can’t be to upset. The tacos and the quesadillas BOTH were shredded dark meat and it tasted like it; though I understand with the cost of meat increase its more profitable for the business; however I won’t order chicken anymore unless specified, other than that no complaints.

super super good ! the birria ramen is way too salty. but the tacos and the consome were delicious ! their churros are always hot and fresh . it is on the pricier side for tacos. this location is located in galleria food truck park next to city clutch cluckers.

Today was my first time trying this. I’ve seen it all over social media and finally decided to try. It was the best decision I’ve made all week lol. The service was good and the conversation was nice. Hands down the best tacos I’ve had in Houston. The pickled onions are a great touch. I will definitely be eating here all the time. Can’t wait to try the other menu items. Thanks for such a great experience. -Mr. Marcus
