(July 27, 2019, 3:02 am)Awesome little food truck in NW Houston to get your sweet tooth fix. They specialize in crepes and bubble waffles, both savory and sweet. I ordered a Nutella and strawberry crepe and watched through the oversized window as the owner craftily poured out the batter and made it into a thin crepe. 2 minutes later, a freshly made, warm crepe was delivered to me in my to-go container with plasticware for my enjoyment. There are some benches nearby if you’d like to sit, but many were enjoying their desserts on the outside bar of the truck. Highly recommend, I’ll have to try their bubble waffles next time!
