Lennys Grill & Subs

I want to give the store located at Wilson road and the Sam Houston Toll road many high 5's this store knows how to take care of a customer. I ordered from Doordash and Sierra was so helpful and went out of her way to custom make a salad for me. However Doordash dropped the ball BIG time the tracker showed the dasher was on the way to the store to get my dinner however they never showed up, never would answer the stores call or my call. Needless to say the store closed and my food was never picked up. I got a call from the store after they had closed asking me to come by the store before I went to work and they would make things right. I look forward to getting my salad and meeting this very good customer service employee that they have working for them.

Great customer service. I was welcomed cheerfully and attended to promptly. I ordered a 7.5” Italian sub combo. Tasty. Apparently under new management/ownership. I will visit again. Recommended.

My visit was pleasant. All the workers were polite and cheery. This was much better than the Lenny's that used to be in my neighborhood where customer service seemed random. I guess it all depends on the franchise owner. I think I've had 4 different sandwiches here and they are good but not great. Maybe I will find a great one on some visit. You do get a choice of sandwich size from 5 inches to 15 inches. This also one of the few sandwich shops you can get chicken salad.
