Dunkin'

Stopped in just after this location 1st opened thinking - new location, I will bet its going to be AWESOME! I was disappointed that it didn't live up to expectations. Don't get me wrong it wasn't terrible, but it just wasn't anything great either. The staff didn't act like they were excited in anyway to have me as a customer. There was no warm greeting upon arrival, or thank you after order or leaving. The donut selection was okay but nothing great. The donuts tasted fine - but for the price I can go to VooDoo or even HEB or Wal-Mart just down the road and get donuts that are just as good and probably cheaper. Just wasn't what I was expecting especially during a grand opening period. The atmosphere was clean and modern which looked nice, but from a dining in standpoint I found it somewhat awkward. Maybe this location will get better over time, but early on I think they have a lot they need to figure out before they are going to compete in this area. It was easy access in and out, and plenty of parking so I do think they picked a good location. I wish them much success.

I finally had a chance to visit the area's newest Dunkin and I regret that I didn't stop in sooner! The location is right off of Westgreen and looks fantastic. The design and atmosphere are a big step up from the other locations and they feature Coffee on tap and a nice pickup area for mobile orders! Wonderful service and options.

Nicely located next to the i10, and Honda service center. The service is good. I liked the donuts these were perfectly balanced as far as cooking, and sweetness is concerned for me…. Generally I eat donuts once and then take a break for months coz they are too sweet… I had old fashioned to avoid it and took a chance with roasted coconut and I loved them too… this could be a good pit stop if traveling out of Houston or entering for a quick break… keep up the good work…

New Dunkkin' Donuts. Has come to Katy I am overjoyed. This is close to home This place is so nice the people are professional And ready to help you. The place is really clean and excited to buy their new cups very soon. I will be coming back soon. They also have sitting areas inside and outside. It's a very cool place to hang out.
