House of Pies

My first time trying it, I liked the menu selection for breakfast. I would feel close to Denny's but House of Poes has a lovely and mouse-watering selection of bakery and fresh desserts that turn your head easily.
Breakfast menu: I believe Denny's has an edge here.
Place and atmosphere, House of Pies has a lovely local authentic feel and breathe.
Tried the Sundaes Cookies, lovely. An omelet with chili and cheddar is ok but felt the chili wasn't fresh or more ready-made taste.
The staff is very friendly. The order was delayed a few minutes more than usual but maybe because we were super hungry and couldn't wait.
Would come again.

I’ve had breakfast and lunch and both were fantastic. We had good service both times. The coffee was great and the pies are, of course, excellent. Plus there are so many to choose from. The portions of the food made it impossible for me to eat pie the first time, so we went back. We were still too full to eat pie, so we brought some home to eat later.

Rachel was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The menu is extensive! The savory pie came out hot and tasty. They were happy to suggest more white gravy to moisten it and it worked. I would have liked to see more filling. Come visit this bright and beautiful location with clean restrooms. It is easy to find and plenty of room for the family and parking! Enjoy!

Love coming here for a late night dessert or dinner. Good service and so far we haven't had anything we didn't enjoy. I usually get the Bayou Goo (must try), but all the pies and cakes are phenomenal.
