First visit 9/10/23. Cute, quaint ambiance. Food was really good- the grits were so creamy & flavored. I had the jerk fried shrimp. and ended up also adding a side of pound cake french toast. I would suggest a little more flexibility of plate options. And to reformat the printed menu. But great good & experience. Thanks.

Service was super nice, food was absolutely delicious. Our friend started working here recently and we had been curious. Honestly I think I'm addicted to their chicken 😍 that's the best chicken I've ever eaten. So tender and juicy! I almost bit into the bone. Their Birria ramen is pleasantly spicy and the shredded beef they top it with is to die for.

I don't think five stars is enough to emphasize just how good this place is. Super clean, friendly staff, AMAZING food

This place is black owned business and it was nice hearing the owner’s story on how she moved over here to Katy . The food was great and the music was also very nice . I would recommend to come here and the wait time was around 5-10 minutes

Food was made fresh and made to order. Very cozy spot for small group of friends or family. The only thing that threw me for a curve ball at times. Was seeing what was on their main menu, and asking for it. To only be told we no longer have it available? Or out of stock. Please orientate servers of what is and is not available to not live with the expectation of wanting something. Also, photos in reviews are all not on main menu. Some foods are placed and then removed.

Otherwise food was amazing, be aware of pricing.

The food was amazing I had the get greedy grits with fried shrimp & a rose water strawberry smash tea. My mother had the shrimp birria tacos blueberry lavender lemonade. I loved our server and everyone’s energy. The inside is cute & chill. I also liked the different kind of music they played.
