(June 28, 2020, 9:16 am)Very pretty tea house. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the server and manager were very courteous and friendly. The rose milk tea was delicious and so were the appetizers and the desserts. We will be coming back soon.

(June 21, 2020, 2:44 am)Such a fantastic experience at Proper Rose. They food was incredibly tasty I got some vegetable dumpling, fries, and a dragonyaki.
The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming to each customer. The inside is beautiful, I couldn't stop looking around. They did a fantastic job with this place.
I'm definitely recommending this to anyone that is looking for a high end tea house. I will definitely be going back and I'm looking forward to the next visit! -
