In-N-Out was mmmhhmmm good!! The line was about 20 cars deep but it moved very quickly, so don’t get discouraged by the long line. The workers were walking the drive-thru taking orders.
The 1st window was for payment and the 2nd window is where you received your order.
Staff had great customer service and repeated my order twice ( once when ordering and again when payment was taken) to insure accuracy I assume.
Everything was made to order and had that homemade type taste to it.
I drove 17 miles to the location, but when the food is on point and you have a great experience, it’s all worth it!
Great Job In-N-Out Burger :)
Great Service! Parked and walked right in with mask of course. Line for drive thru was seriously long like 50 cars (Sunday 7pmish). Great service and food prepared and served promptly.
Every single in-n-out I’ve been to has always been busy. This one was no different.
I ordered a double meet, single cheese and fries. The fries are never my favorite thing on the menu -that’s to be expected- but the burger was good. I also ordered a chocolate milk shake, that was very good.
Overall, price for value is accurate. I’ll probably go back in the future. Just expect to wait about 15 mins for food to come out.
Burgers were good french fries were very salty and cold we took our food to go and it was not even covered so it was cold when we got home and that was only about 5 minutes away the store itself was very clean the sales people in there were very professional very clean they wore masks and gloves if we needed extra straws or anything they were right there to hand it to us the the booths were marked so that every other one was in use, so social distancing was observed Back ground music would have been nice. The parking was not very well thought out. All the spaces were for small cars.
Amazing how you get your burger in 20 minutes even though a hundred people ordered before you. I'm not a fan of fast food, but this was a great experience. Burgers were good, fries, not so good. Staff extremely friendly despite a long waiting lines. Well worth the drive to Katy, TX
