Awesome place to try!! Found them I’m on IG and rushed to try them! Portions are big, taste is amazing and service was thru the roof!! Fried chicken was cooked a bit harder than I liked but that could be the Latin/Chino way. Wasn’t my preference. Chris, the manager was FANTASTIC!! He was super sweet, explained the fusion of cultures and his team the same. We said it was our first time coming in and they explained the menu, how to order, and recommendations! Overall amazing experience. Please try them!!
Big portions for a unique Chinese and Puerto Rican fusion. Casual dining: order at front and get your pager to pick up your food. It’s in to go containers which makes it easy to take your leftovers.
Michy’s is amazing to say the least. The place is clean and beautiful, service was great, and the food- I don’t know what I was expecting but it blew my mind! Definitely my new favorite spots. 787 Roll, Tostones Rellenos, Tostones, and Carne Frita con arroz is what we ordered and each was flavorful, fresh, and delicious.
Big fan of original Michys and nice to have this new location conveniently off of I-10. Happy to report that the taste is still the same quality: super fresh, piping hot, and delicious! Not greasy or too sweet either. Love it!
This restaurant reminds me when I had Chinese food in Old San Juan. The food came out promptly and the garlic on the tostones gave it a unique flavor. I loved the boneless bbq ribs. It is similar to what you find in the Chinese bbq pork stalls. The orange chicken breast is lightly coated so it isn’t all battered up.
