Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Service was a bit slow. Understanding that they had been busy however our server just didn't have the charisma that you look for. On a plus they offer.1/2 price drinks while you wait.

I used to be very anti Olive Garden after having a bad experience with the quality and taste of their food at another location. About 4 years ago a friend dragged me to an Olive Garden and I was pleasantly surprised. I did find out that they had revamped their menu and ingredients. I am not a fan of lasagna, but I must say their lasagna is fantastic. The layers are evenly portioned and it packs a lot of flavor. I also enjoy their chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It is very creamy and the chicken is unbelievably juicy and tender. This location is the closest to me even though it is 30 min from me. I have not actually sat inside of this location, but I have picked up my order from there a little over a handful of times. Waiting anywhere from 3-10 minutes. Each time I’m greeted by a semi rude female at the bar (not the bartender), and as I wait for them to bring my food other employees around the bar and at the bar talk a lot of “shit” to each other and about other customers. I’ve heard several arguments between one female bartender and the servers who are asking about their drinks orders. I would say this particular bartender seemed to have an issue with time management and accommodating her servers and her customers at the bar.

The service and food was great. One of there soups was late, but the entrees came out within 10-15 minutes of ordering. And our waiter was very good, checking up on drinks, doing the cheese grinding, and clearing plates. Well done.

Our server was incredible! He was very nice and spoke English and Spanish, which I appreciated since my mom does not speak English.
The food was also very good and the drinks exactly right.
