“I'm not often "WOWED" by a business or restaurant, but today I certainly was. This is my first visit and Pappa Gyros made a great impression. A few minutes after noon, I arrived to find the place hopping. Despite the buzz, I was warmly greeted and my order was taken in good time. My Italian beef (dipped!!) was delicious and reasonably priced. As I ate, a staff member graciously refilled my drink and i was greeted by the boss/owner. All interactions felt sincere and not mechanical. The team seemed to be firing on all cylinders yet felt calm and confident. This location has seen more than a few failed restaurants, but I think Pappa Gyros will be here as long as they want. Well done!”

“Recently opened in my neighborhood and my first visit to the Mason jar. Currently a limited menu but a good menu. The wait staff have been well trained. Our waiter was polite, professional and prompt!!! In my group we all ordered different entrees. Everyone loved their meal. The food was fresh and excellent! The sweet tea is yummy. We will return and I would definitely recommend this Mason Jar Restaurant. Oh and the ladies bathroom was very clean!!”

“Great little place. Not fancy inside (just 4 tables), but... They have a variety of different cuisines: Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, even sushi. Food was delicious and fresh. “There is no doubt this is the best Noodle House in Katy! All kinds of noodles are hand made. I tried the Biangbiang Noodle which is highly recommended by the owner, it did surprise me. It is a little bit spicy and sour but tastes really good! My friend tried the beancurd jelly and Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, he told me that the noodle soup is the best noodle soup he has ever had! We are expecting they can provide more kinds of traditional Asian food in the future. We will definitely come every week to enjoy the food here!”

“Great customer service paired with delicious food!!! We had the queso and fajitas. Fajitas were beyond soft and tender. It tasted better than Angus beef fajitas from other places. “My wife and tried Phat out over the weekend. It was very busy and we sat at the bar. Service was great the bartender was super helpful and the food was awesome. We had the beef appetizer and shared the chili crab. The crab was brought out before cooking to demonstrate he was alive and fresh. I asked for the most popular ramen which was recommended "dreamen" also ordered a milk tea. nicely decorated teahouse/ramen restaurant . As food and drink arrived. I initially got excited and snapped a few pictures of the food. Everything looked so good. Had a sip of milk tea and had a grainy/powder texture. Never have I ever experienced that. Ramen looked delicious with nice chunks of pork slices. Pork meat was a bit on the dry side . Would of liked it better if it was nice and juicy. Broth of Dreamen was also a bit on the salty side. Usually able to enjoy the broth and slurp it all down . Not a fan and would not bring my family by to try this out.”

Also the customer service is great with always a room to improve. All Wednesdays kids eat free. 2nd Review: So, I recently went there to get a great deal this place has. We ordered 5 pizzas that a classic for us (3 four cheese pizzas and 2 pepperoni pizzas, nothing complicated). I don't know what happened here but I saw new faces and I sadly have to say this: the quality for the pizza has diminished a lot. On my first review (5 moths ago) the presentation, combined with the flavor and quality of the pizzas made it great, to me, the best in the area. Now is far from there. The shape of the pizza was not good, the presentation was awful. The overall service-quality of the place has gone down the drain. Sadly not the same place as it use to be.”
