Main 101 Grill and Bar

This was an amazing experience. The food and service were impeccable. It deserves greater than 5 stars. The salads were fresh, and the Caesar's salad was not overwhelmed with dressing covering the other flavors. The steak was perfectly cooked to order and flavorful. The deserts were excellent and displayed well. The waiter, CJ, was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He made several suggestions that enhanced the entire dining experience. The venue was warm and calming. The dining area and restrooms were clean. This is an experience that should be enjoyed more than once. Thank you!

This restaurant is an absolute favorite of mine the owner/chef is very hands on and always delivers perfection . The staff is always very nice and pleasant and the food is deliciously divine. Magic on a plate!! Definitely recommend

Every Time we go the service is Great the food is Awesome! The owner always comes out and checks on how you like everything! Great place!
Update 11/8/18 we now make it a point to eat at Main 101 once a week! It’s a Great place to call your Restaurant!
We had our 3rd Valentine’s at 101 this year! We made reservations which made it easier! Great Food selection for the night! The service was great and the food was Amazing! Joe the owner always comes out to meet and greet and knows you by name! Ask for Chris he’s a Great waiter!

Very lovely atmosphere. Good date spot. Quiet, romantic setting. Piano player is a nice touch.

Food is good. Admittedly I’ve had better, but this place is definitely worth a visit. They do make a great Gin and Tonic.

Prices aren’t at a Chili’s menu rate, so be prepared to spend a little.

Parking is a little poor. Small lot with people easily blocking the optional grassy parking area that those without trucks can’t pop a curb to get to. We had to park at the business next door and walk through slushy grass, which was a major turn off.

Fantastic place to go when in La porte, TX!! The food is very, very good and the service is top notch! Stella, the Bartender is great and she knows her local beers and is really good at mixing drinks. All of the staff are very polite and you can tell that they are happy with their jobs. The owner Joe is a great guy and is fun to talk to!! I really hope I get back here soon so I can visit again!
