Ed's Bistro

Cool little place to eat. We ate brunch and it was great. Food was excellent. Wait staff attentive and friendly. Going back soon. I heard they also have a drive thru for breakfast which I will try soon.

This is a great hidden gem. Amazing food and even better staff! They always make sure you feel welcomed and well taken care of. Def check this place out the next time you’re looking for a cozy spot and a delicious meal

Ed's Bistro is an awesome place for high caliber food. Everything I've ever tried here has been top notch. From the ingredients they source and use, to the way they magically mesh them together, they deliver on flavor and complexity. They rotate specials of the day and have a set menu with local favorites. We 100% recommend trying it for yourself. The staff is always courteous and you even get personable, down to Earth service from the proprietor.

We just had an amazing 1st time experience at Ed’s Bistro. Let me say, this is what this area is missing! We came in for a 1:1 experience and truly enjoyed every minute of it. The food captured complex flavors along an elegant wine tasting. Ed took time to get to know us and truly make the experience personalized. Since moving to Seabrook, I have missed the Houston dining scene so I am so excited to be able to enjoy Ed’s without going into Houston. Every dish was flavorful and delicious . Thank you Ed (owner) and Tony (chef) for making our date night special.

We had brunch at Ed’s bistro this morning for our monthly meeting! I had the corned beef hash, a peach Bellini and coffee and cheesecake for dessert! Everything tasted amazing! My mouth is still watering! Will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu!
