Sudie's Catfish House

Best dining experience I've had in a very long time. Josephine was AWESOME! We walked in 1hr to close. Not only was she courteous and welcoming but she made sure we had everything we needed without question. And that was even after my sister and her family walked in top join us after learning we were going. The coconut shrimp with tai sauce was pretty damn good. The spicy shrimp wasn't overbearing and of course the original was tasty and all were well prepared despite being so late in the evening. I can't Say enough about tonight's dinner. Will definitely go again!

Great catfish. Best in all of Houston imo but the wait times after 5:30 and the way the continue to raise their prices have me coming back much less. I used to go out of my way to eat here at least twice a month. I'm now going on 3 months since the last time I've been. The older lady at the counter the last time was left alone and completely overwhelmed and never acknowledged me waiting for take out. After 20 minutes I said something, then i was out 15 minutes after that. Not worth it any longer, I'll make my own.

Excellent service. Very good parking. The menu has a good selection and the food is good. The emphasis tends to run towards fried foods.

The hush puppies and fried green tomatoes are the best, besides the one my granny use to make. The food is always hot. Catfish is crunchy on the outside tender in side. Service is always great.

I love this place they have super friendly staff great food and great service what more can you say? well how about all you can eat shrimp all you can eat catfish... just check out the specials they have that day and enjoy your food. I promise you will love it:) all homemade and better than you have ever tasted anywhere else.
