Pluckers Wing Bar

Fried pickles are amazing. Fries were old and dry. "Vampire killer" sauce tastes like some sweet sauce on a Chinese food buffet. Wings were either old or overcooked. This was at noon on Sunday. I'll reluctantly try again with different food.

They told us that there would be a 30-45 minute wait, but it was closer to 25 minutes. I ordered a five wing combo (spicy lemon pepper) with tater tots, and an order of fried cheese. Overall, the food was fine. My wings had too much of a strong lemon taste, and not enough pepper. The tater tots were great. My fried cheese's breading was hardly intact when severed, but it still had a nice crispy crunch and tasted good. The staff was nice enough to accommodate my friend with an issue he had with his food, resulting in us getting a free order of fried oreos. They tasted solid as well. I was a little disappointed with the flavor of my wings and the breading on my fried cheese, but nothing to scream about. I will definitely return and give this place another shot!

When you combine great tasting wings, a brilliant location and an awesome menu you quickly realize that you have a bonafide winner. My only regret is that they did not make the place bigger to accommodate the supply and demand!!!

Addendum: Me & my family recently visited again & we were very fortunate to have another wonderful dinning experience. I personally wanted to shout out our server Liz for phenomenal customer service as well as offering a few suggestions to switch things up a bit. I hope Management considers her a candidate for employee of the week!!!

I placed a big order, curbside pickup, and when I arrived home on pretty long drive, we were disappointed to find out that every combo was missing its waffle fries. We contacted the store and explained our situation to the manager, Haley, and she went above and beyond to fully satisfy our issue. I like that the manager acknowledged our issue and turned things around right there and then. I will definitely be returning after receiving superb customer service. Thanks, Haley, for resolving our issue and making things right for the customer :)
