    I don't know what this IHOP does so much better than other IHOP locations, but the food really does seem better here. My only complain is IHOP doesn't have hardly any gluten-free options for my wife, so I haven't gone in quite a while. It'd be nice if corporate would do something about that, especially since it's 2019 and not 1999.

    I normally love IHOP but this place left something to be desired. They didn't have kids menus or crayons which wasn't a huge issue for me, but not offering my goddaughter a chair, then having to go get it yourself was a little agitating. The table wasn't clean and they seemed a little understaffed.

    The IHOP was less busy than it usually was but it was exceptionally clean. Our waitress was amazing and the food was delicious. The waitress even interacted with my kids which was a bonus!. I will definitely be going back.
