Food was good! But portions was really small. I had shrimp and grits. It was good but I was still hungry. For price it should be more food! Drinks are good and strong.. Fishbowl drink served 2.
This place is like home in a box. Food amazing and staff over the top! Christina was a great server and even let us try the sauce to a dish prior to ordering it! Manager very nice and made it feel like home.
This location is perfect for a family! My family of 5 came for a late evening out and everyone enjoyed themselves. I saw a lot of other families with children there as well. The manager, Megan, went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome, valued and well-cared for. She even sang “The Wheels on the Bus” song to my toddler and baby. If that isn’t excellent customer service, I don’t know what is!!!
The food came out promptly and without error. My husband enjoyed the wings, I got the pasta vegetarian style which was delicious, and the kids enjoyed their food as well. We also had a pretty hurricane which had a good taste to potency ratio.
Overall the ambience was pleasant. The restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly yet professional and the kids really enjoyed the variety of Cajun music. The decorations are a bit much, but make for interesting conversation. We will definitely be back!
I have a seafood allergy to crab. The restaurant manager, Meagan, personally made me a stuffed shrimp entree substituting the crab stuffing. She went above and beyond to make it happen. Excellent service was provided and the food was delicious!
About 12 of us stopped by for an early dinner. The staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. Bathrooms were clean as well. The only issue we had is that they refused to seat anyone until everyone was there. I guess they really don’t need the business that bad. Not seating the majority of the group while waiting for two is not cool.
As for the service and food, again, the staff was friendly and prompt. The food came out pretty quick and was served hot and everyone got what they ordered without mistake. I had the Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, which was very good. The rue was perfect and plenty of meat and rice. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and all reported a great meal.
Razzoo’s is a great Cajun Restaurant and recommended by our group. Four stars instead of five because having to wait for two of our members. I voted to go somewhere else who wanted at least 10 paid customers instead of zero. Our group said the next time we’re in the area as a group this size we’ll go somewhere else because of this. It’s the little things that count...
