Always enjoy going here! Food is always fresh! Really friendly staff and great service!

Like a gourmet subway. Except 5 times the selection, much healthier, and way better taste. Actually on second thought it's not right to compare em to subway. Other then walking through a line and picking selections ( from a fully staffed line) this place is an actual nice place to eat a wrap or salad from.

Love, love, love this restaurant. The owner is very nice and personable. I went here right before they closed one night, and the staff was great, extremely accommodating. Everything is so fresh, and they always give you your money's worth!

Efficient, clean and quick service with very good quality and tasty salad. $14 salad should get you personal service or at least a hearty thank-you. They do a half hearted "welcome to Salata" when you enter door. Very slow location with plenty of staff, Manager might could have followed up with the 2 guests for the 30 minutes I was there. Difference maker in this type of restaurant to me is connecting with your customers.

Best fresh salad in town. Love to choose which ingredients I want. Sometimes I order online and pick up my salad. Always exactly what I ordered. I wish there was a Salata in Tyler TX, my home away from home!
