    Changes..not for the better. $30 for two "Pick Two" lunches with iced tea, a brownie and
    99 cent special beverage with dessert...now only a cookie. Food portions were smaller...my chicken salad 1/2 sandwich was mostly lettuce and did not cover the 1/2 slice of bread.

    This is my usual Panera, it’s close to my home. I like the food, and service is usually average. However, today a friendlier face greeted me, took my order, and even got me to sign up as a member. This review is mostly for an exceptional employee. Thank you Linda, you made my day ????!

    Placed my order at the wrong location and had to drive 10 miles out of my way. This was a new store with great service and friendly staff. I didn't mind because my salad was fresh and ready with rapid pick up.
