I had been here once before with my daughter and we were impressed with all the sweets we purchased. Today, I went the savory route and ordered the traditional lamb/beef gyro and the beef wellington, plus a strawberry tort for dessert. The gyro and tort were both excellent. I dug into the beef wellington with high expectations but came away disappointed when the meat inside turned out to be all one piece, and was quite tough and chewy. The meat was well seasoned and pretty tasty, so my strong recommendation is to change the recipe and chop the beef into small bite-sized pieces. This I feel would greatly improve future eaters' experince with this dish. I made British pasties - a similar dish to this establishment's version of beef wellington - a couple months ago that called for chopped up, high quality beef and it turned out amazing. Anyway, for what it's worth. Hope this helps. This is a great place overall and a wonderful addition to our area's menu of restaurant choices. I wish them all the best. Eat well!

A friend told me about this place last night (opened Aug 2022) so we tried it for lunch. OH WOW! We had lots of questions about the menu then chose the same thing - the chicken souvlaki platter with Greek salad, lemon potatoes & grilled veggies. Y’all, we could’ve fed 3-4 people, lol (we brought leftovers home) & the flavors were amazing! The salad dressing so yummy without being too tangy. It wasn’t super fast because they cooked the veggies fresh for us but so worth it! (Topped with the best balsamic vinegar sauce!) The chicken was perfect (I’m always afraid it will be dry, but nope!) & tzatziki sauce delicious. I cannot say enough about it! Inside dining is attractive & comfortable but they have outdoor tables too. Then there’s the pastry case! Oh my word. No, we didn’t try any but they look incredible!

What an awesome little cafe! We live across town but noticed the shop while driving through and decided to stop in on our way back home. We had two pastries a cookie and hot chocolates, everything was incredible. Especially the staff!

Super friendly and helpful, explained what everything was and helped us pick out some cookies to take home.

You don't get great service everywhere these days so I am always impressed when people act like they actually WANT your business! The woman who helped us and made our hot chocolates was so nice, patient and attentive even though it was nearly closing time.

Looking forward to coming back to try the Greek food and savory pastries. They also have a full coffee menu, crepes and gelato.

Will 100% drive across town to support this local business 👌🏻👌🏻

**Sweet Greek: A Hidden Gem in the Spring/Klein Area**

From the moment you step into Sweet Greek, nestled in an unassuming strip mall, you're transported into a world that rivals any big city pastry shop. The coffee selection immediately catches your attention, boasting a variety that satisfies any caffeine aficionado. But it's the pastries that truly steal the show - a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

I indulged in the ham and gruyere pita, a masterful creation that reinvents the traditional pita into something akin to a Wellington, with a flaky, crispy, and buttery crust that simply melts in your mouth. The savory filling complements the pastry perfectly, creating a harmonious blend of flavors.

My wife opted for the grilled chicken pesto panini. The pesto was a revelation - rich and flavorful, enhancing the moist chicken wrapped in a paint-crispy bread. It's clear that every ingredient is chosen with care and prepared to perfection.

The décor of Sweet Greek adds to the delightful experience. It's cute, modern, and incredibly comfortable, making you feel right at home. Christine, our server, was the cherry on top with her friendly demeanor and helpful guidance in navigating the menu, especially with the Greek dishes.

And of course, the genius behind these culinary delights is Chef Yannis, whose expertise and passion for food are evident in every dish.

For anyone in the Spring/Klein area, Sweet Greek is a must-visit. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that you won't forget. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

We live in the area and finally got a chance to stop and we wished we did sooner! This place is so quaint and the vibe was welcoming. We purchased a few different pastries and all of them were delicious! They just added lunch items to their menu so we will be going back soon!
