    Always a drag. Minimal customer service. They never explain that there is a wait until after you order. Online ordering has severely reduced quality of walk in service. Little Caeser’s whole business model is hot and ready. Huge fail here. Getting worse every time I give it another chance.

    When they get backed up, waiting for your food may take longer than expected, maybe 2 or 3 times longer. I think since the introduction of ordering online, it has caused an influx of orders during dinner time.
    However this has not yet compromised the food still tasting as good as it always does. I've seen customers be rude to the employees when it's not their fault that a crazy amount of orders come in and the pizzas can only bake so fast.

    We came here with no pre conceived ideas or hopes. We were meeting some friends after a long day running around and were pretty hungry (maybe that had something to do with it!?) But the people we were meeting said it was really good, and we would like it.
