Excellent BBQ but get there early as the line can be formidable. I had wet brisket and ribs and both were excellent and the sides we're very good as well. The staff was friendly and tried to move the line along as beat they could. Overall one of the best BBQ places around for sure

I love the food here. They have best beef and meat choices. We have ordered food here and they didn’t take much time to serve. Initially we were in the line cause there was a queue. The porch area is very good for eating. People love eating food out here.

Parking is little busy on the weekends. If you don’t find parking, there is a five dollar parking available near by but it is only for Cash. They have rest rooms and dine in also.

First time at Corkscrew, but definitely won’t be the last! Place begins serving at 11, but its best to get there as early as you can to get a number. This guarantees you your place in line. You will be thankful, cause the line gets long... fast!!!! As far as the food... outstanding in every way! The brisket has that nice bark and is so tender it was hard to pick up with the fork. Link sausage was spiced so nicely I was wanting more! The ribs fell off of the bone and were so delicious! Many joints, the sides are just an afterthought!! Not at Corkscrew! A lot of thought and care went into these! The baked beans were peppery yet yummy and the coleslaw was among the best I’ve ever had. Finish off your meal with their peach cobbler!!!!

Always great food. The smoked brisket is done to perfection. I have tasted the BBQ sauce and it’s wonderful, but the brisket is so good that I never put sauce on it. The service is outstanding too. Always plan to arrive EARLY to get in line. It’s worth the wait.

WOW! This BBQ was worth the wait in line!! Went on a Thursday and arrived at 11.20. Had to wait about 30min in line. The brisket is some of the best I have ever had. Potato salad is tasty and well made. The beans are excellent. The beans could however be a bit peppery for some people's taste. We sat outside on a nice weather day on a giant oak tree and a slight breeze. Made for an excellent lunch! If you go on the weekends, GO EARLY!! If you get there any time after 1pm you are likely to see the SOLD OUT sign.
