“This location is very clean. I was impressed with the upkeep of the building. However, when ordering food for my kids, they forgot some of the items we bought. With that said, they were able to fix the order very quickly. One part that would help in streamlining the whole process would be to add a condiments table. The fact that they do not have one slows down the ordering when a customer has to get back in line to ask for ketchup and Mayo.”

“Where I used to live Taco Bell was a great place to get some inexpensive food quickly. In Houston this has not been my experience. I have been to three Taco Bells and while the quality of the food is consistent with what you would expect from Taco Bell, the speed of service varies from visit to visit with most of my visits being on the slow side. I do take the level of how busy they appear to be into account and I just don't understand what takes so long to fill my order on most visits. When it does come, the food is hot and tasty, but the sometimes the wait frustrates me.”

“Great wings. Don’t forget to try the wings. Hot may be a little too hot. Check the specials. One night is crawfish, another is catfish, and another is shrimp. Catfish is clean and tasty. If you want something on the smaller side but still good, we eat the popcorn shrimp meal with fried rice. You won’t be disappointed. The owner is a great guy. Beers are cold. “So I took my niece and nephews here yesterday and we LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it here. The customer service was fabulous and the owner was so sweet and kind. She was very helpful. I had the red velvet milkshake and it was truly the bomb dot com. My niece had a cotton candy milkshake and my nephews had birthday cake and hot chocolate. All I can say is that we will be returning. “Normally the staff is very friendly and courteous. Since the change in management the tea dispensers are not kept serviceable. The last time i was in the area i asked the someone about tea? The employee motioned as if to address the concern, stopped and said it would take too long to make and continued to oversee an employee at the register. When I realized nothing was going to be done I left. I had to go to the Circle K store at Louetta Rd and TC Jester Blvd for unsweet tea. Most corner stores have tea dispensers but some corner stores it seems no one is diligent about making tea.”
