“Wonderful time here, the atmosphere is perfect with light music playing and a nice clean restaurant. Staff was very friendly and sat me instantly, and the Shrimp Pad Thai was so good with perfect combination of sweet and spicy. Food also came out very quickly and was very fresh. I think the older reviews must have been under different management because this was great, definitely coming back! Only thing was that it was a little more pricey than i am used to for pad thai.”

“First time for Korean fried chicken, I have been looking forward to this experience. Unfortunately, Korean chicken is a little too sweet and rich to my liking. The skin was extra crispy, I loved that part. My wife enjoyed the meat of the chicken and complimented that it was juicy. Just the sweetness turned out to not be our thing. We got the special with three drumsticks, fries, and a Korean donut. Thank goodness we split it. The portions were very large, those chickens have been hitting the gym. Place was clean, music was so loud we could barely converse. I will come back to try the bulgogi fries. They look wonderful.”

“Finally, I tried this place, and I'm actually impressed. The menu has very little selection, so at first, I was already iffy, but I tried their regular burger, cheeseburger, and double burgers and the fries.... and they were really good. The portions are a bit smaller than what I'm used to, but it was still filling. The flavor on the burgers was good, and I'm not sure if it was the sauce or the meat that was seasoned just right. The fries were not soggy at all, just the right amount of crispy. The only thing i can't comment on is the interior as we just went through the drive-thru. And the only other thing I'll deduct a point for was the Coke was not great, needed more syrup and carbonation. Otherwise, I'm definitely going to be coming back!”

“Just had my first experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken and I was blown away! The “Not Chicken” was incredible. I got it extra spicy with cheese, and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I’m not usually crazy about cauliflower, but these were just downright incredible. Cauliflower was crispy, well seasoned, spicy, and had a great temperature. The sandwich was perfect with the pickles, slaw, and cheese. The fries were nice and crispy too, and perfect for the Dave’s sauce. Highly recommend for vegetarians”

“The staff was friendly. The service was great. The atmosphere was good, however the food left something to be desired. The fajita was way too salty for me. Also tried ground beef burrito and frankly I could have gone without the cilantro and onions. Overall the burrito was good but the cilantro and onions took away from the other flavors. The kids and the Mrs that it was good and they will probably go again. However I will not.”

“Let me start by saying the owner is AWESOME and very hands-on with his customers! I picked up an order for a customer, and woww it smelled so good, lol. Came back later on at night to try it out myself with my partner, and i wasn't disappointed! Wings had a nice flavor,although i prefer them crispy! Pizza crust is just how i usually like it,thin and can be folded! Perfect serving size for a medium for 2 people(around 8 slices but they are decent size). Atmosphere is super chill! Bar set up was my favorite, with the cushy booths i saw for us thick mammas LOl😌. Just stop in and try! UPDATE : 3-3-2024 EM served us BOMB drinks! Had me feeling lovely and finished ALL my drink!! Had the pretzel with beer cheese and house margarita!”

“Found another new Pho Spot in the area we had to try. Just be careful as it can be easily passed unseen. Head down Beamer Rd towards Astoria. Right before the intersection at Astoria it will be on the right in a little business strip. The broth was sweet and flavorful. Definitely worth a visit. Plenty of meat per serving to go along with it. Got to meet the owner and was very personable and passionate about his food. Can’t wait to go by to try some of their other dishes. Until next time.”

I ordered the fajita enchiladas and trust were so flavorful and fulfilling the plate was left clean no crumbs 😌😋 I also tasted the quesabriria which surpassed all other quesabirrias I’ve ever tasted it’s a must try along with the fajita enchiladas!! Overall a calm family-friendly atmosphere perfect for a day out with the family! They did recently re-open with the new owners and they are doing fantastic in atmosphere and flavor great place for dining👍”

“This place is hit or miss in a big way. I have been two times. The first time. I thought the tacos and service were pretty good. I enjoyed 1 beef, 1 chicken, and 1 brisket taco. The second time was a disaster of an experience. It took 40 minutes to get my taco order for dinner. I think they were having staff or inventory issues. It took forever and then they got my order wrong. Hopefully, they get their service issues figured out.”

“This location is hands down the best shipleys! I was so happy when I walked in and they had an ice and soda machine! Then the also sold bottled unsweetened tea! I looked at my brother and said the only thing that could make this any better is if the had mustard and to my surprise they did! None of the other locations I've been to had these items. All Shipleys have kolaches and donuts that's a given. I want to say thank you to the owner of this location for adding these items to your store. I pay attention to the small details. To add the last time I went to a different location the kolaches were hard and old. I am glad I stopped here. The kolaches and donuts were fresh. Plus the kolaches are best with mustard!”
