This place has good food with pretty good macros! I’ve tried several plates and only didn’t like one (it was my first time trying mashed sweet potatoes). I’ve literally liked everything else. It’s about equivalent to buying a fast food meal, little less. Can’t beat the price of healthy, fresh food ready to go.

I come every week! Great quality food! Easy grab and go! I love the chicken salad and shrimp fried rice. Everything is delicious!!!

This place is great if you simply don’t have time to meal prep. The food is well seasoned and it tastes amazing! The staff is very helpful and their recommendations are always good.

I always got deliveries from them so I’m excited this brand finally made it down here! I really love that they make all of their own food and that everyone is so nice. All around great experience when I stopped in.

I love this place. Me and my kids have been ordering meals every week and never disappoint. Taste fresh, a lot of options. My fav is the Rise & Shine breakfast. My kids love the chicken alfredo, chili and the bbq. Oh, and can't forget their chicken enchiladas. You can definitely taste the difference, and I've tried other local "fit" places and online meal prep companies. They just don't even compare. Plus, I love supporting a local family owned place. But having stores all over Houston makes it easy to drop by. This place is the best!
