Had a great experience at Los Tios; Karla is FANTASTIC! There should be more Karlas in the world...I will be back not only for the excellent food, but also Karla's warm and welcoming attitude. All of her recommendations were spot-on. Also, get the flan: you won't forget it. After I took a bite to see how amazing it was, I got a pic before I devoured it
I recently had the pleasure of attending a birthday party with over 60 guests, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the exceptional service we received. The manager, Tanya, was outstanding. She was incredibly hands-on and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of the service ran smoothly. From making sure every guest felt welcomed and catered to, Tanya’s dedication and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire event.
Her warm and professional demeanor made the evening truly special. Thanks to Tanya’s efforts, the party was a huge success, and everyone had a fantastic time. I look forward to coming back for all my special occasions, knowing that Tanya and her team will provide the same level of excellent service. Highly recommended! Thank you Los Tios and your amazing staff!
We LOVE this establishment, the cocktails are always fantastic and strong. The service is ALWAYS great and a joy to be around. The skinny margaritas rimmed with jajin and my favorite. We wish they had a skinny frozen margarita machine. The food is ok, could use a little more flair and flavor. Even though the food is ok, we will still come regularly to Los Tio’s in West-U.
Nice service. Nicely decorated inside. Conveniently located for our stay in Houston. Husband ordered quail. It was good but not superb. It was salty. He said he wouldn’t order again. I ordered combo #2. It was good, but think Sugar Land location does a better job. Ordered queso too, which was tasty.
It was a great restaurant, and the food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. However, letting a half dressed middle-aged woman bring her dog into the establishment and she pranced around constantly bending over exposing herself did make the atmosphere a bit ummmm. Less than. Empower your management to not tolerate that. It really wasn't appropriate at all. We were seated next to them, and it was. Surreal. Up and down bending over parts all just hanging out. It was lewd and unsanitary.
