“We arrived at the buffet at about 1:15 p.m. Most of the pizzas had been sitting there a while and were kinda dry. They did set new pizzas out before I went back for seconds, including a fresh dessert pizza. All in all it was still pretty good and the service was excellent.”

“We came here to eat lunch, with an 11 month old. Two tables in front of us is another waitress, we’ve seen her here before, and her two kids, both older than my child who is acting SO MUCH BETTER.!. she is paying absolutely no attention to either of her kids, instead she’s on her phone the entire time and letting her kids run to the kitchen. Completely taking advantage of the fact she works here. Our waitress has been very attentive to us and the only complaint I really have is this lady with the kids and the fact that my appetizer came out with my entrees again...”

“My date & I stopped there, on our way back to Tyler, late at night. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Our order was correct, hot, and delicious. This was my 3rd time every eating a Waffle House. Just as we were driving off, our server brought my glasses out to me. [I thought I had left them in the car.] I greatly appreciated that! She could've just assumed I'd be back in to get them. I will definitely make them my late night pit stop.”
