“We are regulars to their original location on Pinecrest and now with their new location on the square in Marshall, Tx is top notch. The atmosphere is perfect with a nice historical feel to downtown with a Mexicano twist. Try the tacos, the big burrito, it is all great! “We visited Cajun Tex on today, after our daughters College graduation from Wiley in Marshall. We did not reserve anything but had a group of 17 plus a few kids. The manager took out time and assured seating for us inside. (It was a little cool outside) Our waitress was great and took care of us with a smile. “The food here is insanely amazing. Very expensive, but it's worth it, if you want good food. The people here are nice. They always make sure your glass is full. I came here with my family, on my 30th birthday. There were so many food that we tried, and there were all amazing. I even try snail for the first time, and I fell in love with it. Me and my family had a great time. I definitely would come back here for my next birthday.”

“The goodness of the chicken and other products are only as good as the people that's cooking all of it. Our Church's here in Marshall is not always great. However, when the chicken is perfectly cooked, as to the correct recipe, it is absolutely fabulous! I can only give it 3 stars is, due to the fact, no matter how great it tastes, it's always TO DAMN GREASY. Church's is definately on top when it comes to flavor and crispyness though!”

I had a beef puffy taco & a beef tamale with chili along with rice. It was awful. My friend (who likes her food to be bland) said her food was tasteless. They do have free sopapillas with any meal. They were good. We won't be going back to this location.”
