(April 8, 2019, 2:35 am)We love Buda, but it isn't exactly known for its culinary delicacies. For that reason, we weren't expecting much, but this place is really damn tasty. We'll absolutely be back.

The food at Brooklyn's Down South is absolutely transcendent. This is, by far, the absolute best Cajun food I have had in Texas. The Snapper was incredible, and just spicy enough to leave a long burn. The sides were savory and delicious. And the dessert... I had to go to confession the next day.
If you're looking for a great meal, you cannot go wrong here. I give Brooklyn's Down South my highest recommendation. -

(January 21, 2019, 9:49 pm)1st time here. Walked into to a half filled restaurant after the lunch rush to get seated quickly. Music was great, listening to 80s and 90s hits. I could definitely see coming back for Karaoke and date night on the weekends. Wife already wants to come back for Sunday Brunch.
