There is a new trailer city moving into Dripping Springs at 290 and Canyonwood Dr. Noticed the taco trailer so stopped by to check it out. Sandra was super nice and the tacos were excellent. Stop by to support this new place! You won't regret it.

Lady behind counter is friendly and approachable. Good food but lacks consistent food, had many tacos and the guisada is different every time. Sometimes brown sauce sometimes red. Sometimes chewy. Sometimes tender. Good bacon, eggs and friendliness.

It was POURING outside... and I was craving breakfast tacos. And it was my birthday.

We stayed up the road at the Passion Flower cabin (see my review under Wildflower Country Inn & Event Center - it's AMAZING!), and had seen this awesome food truck spot on the way in the night before. I knew immediately that we would check it out for breakfast tacos the next morning... and woke up to a downpour.

We drove up... and there was only one other car in sight. And the only food truck open: Tacos Nine.

She made GREAT breakfast tacos at a GREAT price. Perfect balance of ingredients on a soft, delicious tortilla, with a special request of super spicy salsa fulfilled.

Birthday breakfast taco mission: accomplished!

I had breakfast tacos and they were without a doubt the best I’ve had. The homemade flour tortillas are fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.
