    I loved my experience at Texas Hill Country Olive Co.! The olive oil is amazing and the service is top notch. We had the best lunch at The Bistro - their salads are great but you have to get the grilled cheese! So delicious! I'll definitely be going back soon.

    I love anytime I can get out to the Hill Country, and going to Texas Hill Country Olive Co. is one of my new favorite spots. I recently discovered The Bistro! I had baked Feta for a small bite (roasted olives, yum!) and the Orchard Grilled Cheese for my entree. All of it was perfectly cooked! Highly recommend!
