This establishment has been one of the few where I have felt welcomed. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, staff was very accommodating/ professional, and food was great. A staff member in particular made the experience very memorable, Diamond has shown superb customer service skills and more. I would recommend this a place to dine at if you get a chance.

I love the energy at Carino’s it was an awesome experience because of the energy that their staff Diamond provided. Came to eat at Carino's earlier this week and had the greatest experience! The service was the best I have ever had at a restaurant in San Marcos. We were attended by Will. He was super friendly and made sure everything turned out great. We will be coming back here for sure!

My family and I come in on Thursdays to take advantage of the bar special with 25 cent wings. Tyler was the bartender we had recently, and was very efficient and worked hard to get our order in and food out quickly. The wings always come out hot and delicious. This is by far one of the best restaurant deals our family has come across. Thank you for the great service Tyler!

This review is for the bar side of the restaurant where we took advantage of the Thursday night discount on wings.
We did not order alcohol and that didn't seem to be a problem with anyone.
We did order wings and they were delicious! Cooked well to get that yummy crispiness that makes wings especially good no matter what sauce or dry rub you choose. Between the three of us, we decided that the sweet chili flavour was the favourite of the evening but each choice was tasty.
They have four person booths and a few bar tables that could seat a larger party. There are TV screens in various places around the room. There's even a fireplace in one corner (the temperature was in the 30s when we visited, so the visual warmth a fire provided was quite welcome).
Each of the wait staff we encountered was pleasant and professional. A good experience in all.
