    Waited in a long line. Ordered 2 venti drinks but was given the small “tall” cups. When I asked I was told they were out of the venti cups so she just put them in the tall cups and used less ice. Feel like I got cheated especially if less ice is the difference between the smallest and largest sizes. She walked off before I could talk about it more: would have been nice for the cashier to mention it before I paid. Overall, the staff is nice, but they need to be more forthcoming about drinks and not charge for the full sized if they’re only giving the small ones without checking with the customer first.

    Very welcoming staff and they’re fast! Couldn’t ask for better service.
