“The cakes are delicious and servers are very nice, but I am not happy with cake service. Today, I attempted to order a small round 2 layer blue gender reveal cake. I was told, 28 hours was not enough notice. They can fill my order for a white cake, but apparently the blue food coloring takes longer. Last year, I ordered and paid for a Harry Potter cake. My only request was Harry Potter and let them have free reign. I arrived to pick the cake up and was charged $15 due to the creativity on the cake. Then tone down the creativity or ask permission! I asked to speak to the owner and was told my original pay was a base price. After this, they have placed a notification by the register.”
