(January 3, 2022, 8:46 pm)The lady there did make a mistake by not wearing gloves and sticking her dirty fingers in the cups when she was serving our ice cream, BUT I told her to wear gloves and get us a different cup and she did with no problem and wasn’t rude about it. She was super nice and service was great. My only reason for 3/5 is because she shouldn’t even have started working with no gloves.
