The pork or beef are best, but if you're feeling particularly hungry the Veracruz tamal will satisfy.

Anytime we are out of town we always make plans to take back home some tamales.

Delia's has the best tamales in the world! They use a top secret recipe that ensures the "masa" is light and fluffy and that there is plenty, I mean PLENTY of meat in the tamale. They are served STEAMING HOT and that's because they're served right out of the cooking pot. Everything is minutes FRESH. There is always a long line but Delia's always has plenty of super fast and courteous cashier's so wait time usually 4 - 7 minutes.

I send this review all the way from Buffalo NY!! These are the best Tamales I’ve ever had. I get them only once a year when family comes up for Xmas. The green sauce is HOT. I love the cream cheese with Jalapeño and the spicy chicken. I look forward to this delight every year!! Thank you so much for making the best Tamales !!

The menudo is my favorite plate but it’s only available on the weekends. A must try. Con tortillas hechas a mano on the spot!! Omaiga!!

The tamales are good. They used to be better, something changed in the last years. Not sure what.

Please bring back the salsa area. It’s not the same.
