Fares Arabic Cuisine

We've lived in very large cities where ample varieties of cultural cuisines exist and in spite of the variety we never enjoyed food as fresh, healthy and delicious as our meal at Fares. They are one of a kind. Servings are decent and plates can be shared. The fatoush salad is incredible and generously portioned. Hope you are able to visit sometime. Even their pastries are fresh.

Good quality food, but the protei portion of my $28 kebab plate was sadly small, it had great flavor and was correctly prepared. But the portion was small, like they got wrong my order or something because the rest of the plates served had good portions of protein. The Humus was great and their dessert also was good. The service is lower than average in quality. Would visit again but would ask first about the portion on their menu selections.

I stopped in while waiting for a prescription to fill. Great place for lunch! I ordered the lentil soup, very good flavor 😊 and ordered shawarma chicken sandwich, lots of meat, and the pita hummus very fresh. Excellent service, very clean restaurant. 🙌 🙌

The short wait was well worth it! The food was delicious. I didn't want to stop eating. The pita was hot and fresh. The hummus was so good I wanted to lick the bowl clean! The grilled veggies were perfect.

The chicken shawarma my husband said was very good. Flavorful and lean. The rice, I had to have more!

I will be returning as often as possible for the falafel plate and a cucumber mint lemonade.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

Expect to wait a bit for the food, but, as others have said, it’s worth the wait.

The food is fresh and flavorful. Service is attentive but not overbearing.

I ordered the Palmyra Chicken which is boneless chicken thighs served with rice, grilled veggies, and a side of choice — tabouleh this time.

The chicken was tender, juicy and packed with spices counterbalanced by the yogurt-like sauce accompanying it.

The tabouleh is light, fresh and zesty. I don’t normally like the ingredients on their own, but combined they are transformed.

I also got the tea which is served hot. It’s a great way to start the meal.
