The Poke bowls from here are amazing the Spicy Tuna was really good they seared mine with a blowtorch, all the ingredients are amazing and of great quality.

They have many many options to choose from for toppings, and for proteins also.

The staff here is so wonderful and kind, I asked what the Spam looking thing was and they kindly explained it to me and gave me one for free( the Spam Musubi was very delicious, the sweet taste from eal sauce was incredible), that is amazing customer service.

Overall I would definitely recommend and I do see my self returning to Pokeworks.

Super delicious poke 😀 fresh and light and super satisfying. Super clean bathroom and dining areas. Friendly staff who don't mind answering questions.

Where to start? The fact that this big city franchise was brought down and constructed from ground up to our little pocket of the world during a raging pandemic and STILL manages to have the BEST customer service at a time where finding good employees is so rare definitely blows my mind. It shows the working environment, dynamic and culture of the owners and how much they truly care for their employees and customers. A++ for incredible staff and owners. Moving onto the food - as a vegetarian who doesn’t even eat seafood, I went to show support for these small business owners who put their heart and soul into opening this eatery in such difficult times. I have never had a poke bowl in my life and was so excited to see a vegetarian option on their menu so of course I had to try it. All I have to say is that I have already been there twice and they just opened today. I’ll let you figure out what that means. A++ for FRESH, healthy and yet still SCRUMPTIOUS ingredients that leave you full but not in that gross lethargic way. Lastly, the vibe you get by just walking in through those doors are of nothing but happiness, friendliness and just an all around warmth of being truly welcomed. I think, no I KNOW, I found my multiple times a week lunch spot! I’m so dang proud to know that there are people in our community who care about our city being known as one of the fattest in the nation and decided not to bring another fast food chain down here. Will continue updating my review - wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Visiting from Arizona for the weekend and so glad we got to experience the grand opening! Food was amazing everything was fresh and clean. With business being busy for being the grand opening staff was very nice and friendly. Will definitely comeback when we visit Mcallen again.

Maybe considering opening one in Arizona would be awesome!
