Los Asados Mexican Restaurant

First time here. The place was very neat and clean, so a definite 10 on that part. Staff was friendly and attentive, another 10. My food was great and so was the enchiladas my husband ordered. I ordered sirloin tacos. I do have to warn you that it's not authentic Mexican, more like Tex-Mex, but still very good food. The Margaritas are only $4 during Happy Hour! I may not go back for the food because I'm not a big fan of Tex-Mex but I'll definitely go back for drinks.

I would give it about 3.5 stars compared to other restaurants. Some things are very good like the fried shrimp and tres leches and other things should be better like the fajita botana, it needs to be more fresh with hot fajitas not luke warm. Frozen margaritas are watered down due to the ice machine they use, not a dedicated Margarita machine.

It's quit sometime I've stopped here and believe me it was worth it. The food was good and great service. Not one complaint. 🤙Great combo plate ever, Sirloin & Enchiladas Plate!

We came here for lunch and it was awesome. We started with the queso flameado. I ordered their beef fajita enchiladas. Awesome flavor. My coworker ordered their pollo de carbon. It was a huge piece of chicken.

I am from our of town and I would eat here again.

Food was a real good. Rice and beans were real tasty. Just forgot to change enchilada to beef, but it was still good with beef taco. Fajitas were teal good, which was what I wanted. Had to leave to last. Nice atmosphere always like going to Harlingen one. This one is more spacious. It's nice.
