Elbows Mac N' Cheese Texas

After seeing a food vlog on Tiktok that there was a place now here in the valley (Pharr) that had Mac’n’Cheese as its specialty, I KNEW I HAD TO TRY IT!!
It was surprising and admirable to see the amount of time and quality work that was put into the theme of this restaurant.
Atmosphere was there and it was a vibe!
The food on the other hand came out SO FRESH, literally it was cooked to order. (side note: photos were ordered off a soft menu & might change later)
The Philly cheesesteak sandwich on a texas toast, had the pull apart aesthetic and everything, was nice and hot you could see the steam coming out of the center.
For an appetizer the mac’n’cheese bites with some marinara sauce, so tasty and warm inside with the right amount of crunch.
Lastly the 5 chicken tender combo with side of classic mac’n’cheese, x2 drink, and x2 biscuits.
Talk about just the right amount of soul food for 2-3 people. Was moderately affordable for the portion size so that was a plus. I definitely recommend to try this place if you’re looking for something new in the RGV.

cheese. We also got the egg in a hole sandwich and the pulled pork sandwich. Both were offered the mac and cheese patty and man it was great! All the good came in great sized portions and tasted great!! Definetly a creative and unique menu that will have people excited to come back again. The decor and theme is awesome , max and cheese and pasta etc everywhere for decor it was cool. Will be back soon!
